Navigation and communication equipment, weather routing, safety, lifesaving and firefighting capabilities, propulsion, tow wires, winches and jewelry inventory with usage logs and SWL certifications, and Merchant Marine Certificates (MMC)

Cargo Survey (Pre-load/departure condition)

Lashing and securement of cargo on deck

Tow Letter prior to departure
