Jonathan Wanliss
Senior Surveyor
Jonathan Wanliss graduated from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in South Africa in 1999. Having sailed for fourteen years on a variety of vessels, obtained his Master’s Class 1 license in 2005. Jonathan subsequently came ashore in 2007 where he joined a well-known international marine survey and consultancy firm, remaining with them until 2022 when he joined Duncan Shoemaker & Associates. In addition to his Class 1 license, Jonathan has obtained a diploma in marine surveying, an advanced diploma in maritime studies and is a member of several marine affiliated organizations.
