John Stirling graduated from Baton Rouge Community College in 2007. Prior to joining Duncan Shoemaker & Associates at the end of 2017, John had 5 years’ experience as a Marine Surveyor for Marine Technical Surveyors, in his home state of Louisiana. John specialized in dry bulk cargo, draft surveys, P&I Investigations, On-Off hire condition surveys, and hold cleanliness surveys.
