Scott Duncan

Scott Duncan graduated from the California Maritime Academy, in 1974 with a USCG License which he up graded to a limited Masters on Oceans during the seagoing years of his early career. After a five year residency in Europe, Scott returned to California to continue in the maritime industry earning his MBA at Golden Gate University in 1984 and his Global Logistics Specialist credentials from CSU Long Beach in 2005.
Scott has been a full time Marine Surveyor since 1987.
