Douglas Hermann

Douglas Hermann graduated from the California Maritime Academy in 2002 with a USCG Third Mate's License and a BS in Business Administration, later attaining a 1600 Ton Master's Unlimited License endorsement. Doug sailed worldwide for five years aboard container ships, Roll-On, Roll-Off vessels, and product tankers as a Third and Second Mate. He has also worked as a Stevedore for Marine Terminals Corporation as a Marine Superintendent in Tacoma, WA and as a Dockmaster and Rigging Foreman for Mare Island Dry Dock in Vallejo, CA prior to joining Duncan Shoemaker & Associates' Bay Area operations at the end of 2014. Doug is managing our Pacific Northwest Expansion.
