He has 8 years of property management experience, from large, upscale apartment communities in Orange County to West Los Angeles as well as managing Homeowner Associations with multi-million-dollar homes.
Nick was working as a Casual Longshoreman in the LA/LB Harbor Complex prior to being hired by Duncan Shoemaker and Associates as a Marine Surveyor.
